Grand Canyon

My parents are looking to downsize and brought me a bunch of my childhood things including toys and a few photo boxes. Within the photo boxes were 4x6 prints from several years ago, mostly around the time I was in high school and freshman year of college. Looking through the photos, I came across my photos from when my family and I went to see the Grand Canyon.

For the life of me, I cannot remember many details from the day we saw the Grand Canyon! I remember the trip as a whole, but I don’t remember much of actually seeing the biggest natural wonder that was prominent to our trip!

I remember flying out to Las Vegas since it was the largest major city that was closest to the Grand Canyon. We rented a car and drove to the Hoover Dam. I remember walking around the top of the dam. There was a road that went across the dam. We stopped and took a tour of the dam, which my dad enjoyed since he’s an electrical engineer. I remember we drove to the Grand Canyon, and we got out of the car to see it at a lookout point, but that is about it.

I really wish I could remember more details, as I am sure it was quite a beautiful sight to see! At least I have the photos I took while I was there! I am certainly appreciative of that!

Photos I took of the Grand Canyon many years ago!
